• Nello Franco, Chief Customer Officer

  Nello Franco joins Sumo Logic as its Chief Customer Officer, where he will lead customer-facing functions, including Professional Services, CSM, Customer Support, and Technical Enablement. A 25-year veteran of customer success, Nello has a proven track record of partnering across go-to-market and product teams to ensure companies deliver capabilities and insights that ultimately provide demonstrable value to customers. Nello’s hands-on approach has led to high-performing teams that understand customer business objectives and ensure customers realize the full value of their investment.
  

• Keith Kuchler, Chief Development Officer

  Keith Kuchler joins Sumo Logic as Chief Development Officer to deliver customer value through innovation. He will lead all aspects of the company’s end-to-end software delivery lifecycle, from product management, architecture, development, user experience, and product operations through SRE. Keith has held executive leadership roles across product strategy at Automox, Shopify, SolarWinds, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, and HP Inc., leading globally distributed teams that deliver immense value through products that delight customers and partners.
  

• Kui Jia, VP of AI Engineering

As the VP of AI Engineering, Kui’s extensive background in AI, analytics, cloud and automation technology will accelerate Sumo Logic’s AI-driven approach to observability.

Leveraging his expertise in AI, Kui will oversee the development of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Machine Learning (ML) based products that are powering Sumo Logic’s next generation of security and observability solutions. Kui has over 20 years of experience in software engineering and architecture, previously serving at Microsoft, Amazon Web Services, Splunk AppDynamics (formerly Cisco AppDynamics) and UiPath.
